Refund policy

Luna Angel Studio sells handmade art dolls, Dream Creatures, and one-of-a-kind soft sculptures. Some works are made to order; others are one of a kind. Please review each product description, image set, dimensions, materials, and edition notes before purchasing.

Made-to-order works
Made-to-order Dream Creatures are created after purchase. Each piece is handmade and may vary slightly in expression, texture, color, proportion, and detail. These natural variations are part of the work and are not considered defects.

One-of-a-kind works
Soft Sculptures and marked one-of-a-kind works are unique artworks. Once sold, they cannot be duplicated exactly.

Returns and cancellations
We generally do not accept returns for made-to-order works, custom handmade works, or one-of-a-kind artworks unless the item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the description. This does not limit any statutory consumer rights that may apply in your country or region.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations may not be possible once a made-to-order work has entered production or once a one-of-a-kind work has been packed or shipped.

EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account: https://shopify.com/71327612971/account

Once you notify us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and a fixed fee of $15 USD applies. We will refund the original purchase price, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order or custom handmade works created specifically for you, as these are personalised goods under EU consumer law. We recommend consulting independent legal advice if you are unsure whether your order qualifies.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at hello@lunaangelstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
