What is Luna Angel Studio?

Who makes the art dolls and sculptures?

Artist Yujing Zhang creates the studio's art dolls and soft sculptures. Her practice is based in Lijiang, China, and includes wool, textiles, clay and mixed media. Materials and dimensions vary by work; check the individual product page.

What does one of a kind mean?

A one-of-a-kind work exists as one original piece. Dream Thief, Odd Tusk, Broken Jar and Zhuang Sheng are listed as one-of-a-kind works. Dream Whisper, Tick Tock and King Aster are made-to-order characters, with natural handmade differences between versions.

How long does Dream Whisper take?

Dream Whisper takes an estimated 4–7 business days to make before dispatch, followed by an estimated 8–15 business days in standard transit. Together, this is approximately 12–22 business days from order to delivery, excluding additional customs or local delays. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. How long do other works take to arrive?

Timing depends on the work: production or dispatch preparation comes before shipping transit. Tick Tock lists 4–7 business days for production; King Aster lists 5–8. Broken Jar and Zhuang Sheng are finished pieces, ready to ship — they have no production or preparation period. Standard transit is estimated at 8–15 business days after dispatch. Check the product page, and contact the studio before ordering for a specific deadline.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is free on merchandise subtotals of US$98 or more after discounts; orders below US$98 have US$8 standard shipping. Available destinations, services and the final amount appear at checkout, in local currency where supported. Applicable customs duties, import taxes and local charges are separate unless stated otherwise at checkout. Read the Shipping policy.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from the studio in China. The company's registered US business address is for correspondence and is not a return address. For order questions, use the Contact page.

Are the art dolls toys for children?

The art dolls and soft sculptures are collectible art objects intended for display and gentle handling, not children's toys. Delicate fibers, sculpted elements and small decorative parts need careful handling. Read the product's care notes and the Care Guide.

Can I return or cancel an order?

Return and cancellation terms depend on your delivery region and the product type. Read the current Returns & Refunds policy before ordering, and contact the studio as soon as possible if you need help with an order.

Can I choose the colors of my Dream Whisper?

Yes. On the Dream Whisper product page, use the color customizer to choose colors for individual areas and select one of four sizes. The current palette has 33 selectable colors across neutrals, pinks and reds, yellows and oranges, greens, blues and teals, and purples. Finished-work photos are visual references; only colors shown in the customizer palette can be ordered. Screen colors are approximate, and wool texture and finished shades may vary slightly.
